We just returned from our Garden City Beach vacation in South Carolina and it was an excellent way to have fun while getting a much needed getaway. There are numerous beaches that are in that area but Garden City seems to be the quietest. Since Myrtle Beach is more crowded we decided to look at Garden City Beach vacation rentals and we found a lovely rental through Surfside Realty.

Our Garden City Beach vacation this year gave us some quality time to spend with one another. It always seems like our family is heading off in all opposite directions and we have very little time together all at the same time. This vacation was a perfect time for that.

I came to Garden City, South Carolina, for a Garden City Beach vacation but now I’m hanging around because there’s the Spring King Mackerel Fishing Tournament coming up on June 10-12 and I don’t want to miss it. It’s part of the Grand Strand Fishing Rodeo that runs from April-October, 2011, and I want to be a part of as much of it as I can.
